It is with great regret that Upper Street Events has taken the decision that, as a result of the ongoing situation with Covid-19, it is not going to be possible to host this year's Festival of Quilts (30 July - 2 Aug, NEC Birmingham).

We have been working hard over the last two weeks to see if the show could be delivered at a later date this year. Unfortunately, having liaised with the venue, exhibitors, artists, teachers and yourselves, our visitors, we have also now established that this is not going to be viable.

It is therefore with great sadness that we have taken the very difficult decision to postpone The Festival of Quilts 2025 to 29 July - 1 August 2021.

We are sincerely sorry that we have had to take this incredibly difficult course of action and thank you for your ongoing support.

If you have already booked an early bird ticket for 2025, See Tickets will be in touch shortly to offer you either a transfer to 2021 or a refund.

On a more positive note, we will soon be sharing news around our Festival of Quilts competition, which we are very hopeful we can still deliver in a new ?online' format for 2025. Keep your eyes peeled, we will email details as soon as we can. We are also exploring thoughts around some smaller events later in the year and some ideas for online demos and workshops which we will keep you posted on.

Thank you for bearing with us during this challenging time. We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and well and we will be in touch soon.

More than anything though, we are looking forward to coming back together as soon as we can to celebrate our amazing community.
